Recent results achieved by using DAMA/Ge and 4π low-background HP Ge detectors facility

DAMA/Ge has allowed to perform all the sample measurements and selections for:

  • RD-I, RD-II and the present RD-III on the creation of highly radiopure NaI(Tl) set-ups;
  • several RDs on low background PMTs;
  • qualification of many materials for all the developed detectors and set-ups.


    • Moreover, investigations on various double beta decay modes in several isotopes are carried out as well as searches for several other rare processes.
